只能通过提前预约才可以吃到，店家会把每天预约的客人名字贴在门口，满有趣的。冰雪之门创立于昭和39年(1964年)，主营各种螃蟹料理，尤其以帝王蟹著名。

店内装修古朴，午餐时间人不多，安静淡雅的气氛令人非常放松。午间套餐的内容非常丰富，其中的蟹肉沙拉比较清爽，里面蟹肉份量很多。蟹肉刺身和寿司也不错。

到冰雪之门是专程来品蟹的，老远看到门口的橱窗里就有各种套餐的介绍，价格透明，含税价罗列的很清晰。由于提前预约了，进店直接上到二楼就是给散客们用餐的包厢区了，脱了鞋进门坐在榻榻米上，看着这优雅的环境，整个人都不由自主滴静下来，看了一下含有帝王蟹king crab、雪蟹snow crab和毛蟹hair crab三大蟹的至尊套餐，一个人13600yen含税，折合人民币850元，没敢那么奢侈。我们来了两个中档套餐，一个是有着雪蟹小火锅、螃蟹奶油烧、雪蟹生鱼片、雪蟹寿司、雪蟹天妇罗和螃蟹汤的火锅套餐。含税是4320yen，内容丰富非常。这里服务非常贴心，还配有茶水、热毛巾和专门用来挑蟹肉的勺子，诚意满满。雪蟹小火锅用锡纸做成的锅子端上来，服务员特别嘱咐等火灭了以后再吃，真的是原汁原味的鲜，我们迫不及待地把蟹和汤统统消灭了。美美的享受！
